Hello! My name is Christine! I am 25yrs old! Graduated college one year ago and had a pretty overweight senior year! Smoking, drinking regularly. February 17th 2012, I cut that out! And began my healthy lifestyle journey! Its a battle between right, wrong, innocence, and guilt. I am managing to cope with my emotions and becoming a stronger, well-rounded individual by understanding the food i eat, The drinks I pour for myself, as well as understanding what working out is all about. It took me a long time to realize that working out wont help much unless I get rid of my bad habits.

I am doing this! Its Really hard! But Im going really really HARD! I am pushing myself to change my lifestyle.  Its a battle but at least, I am fighting.
