I am a 27 year old mother of an awesome 6 year old.   At my heaviest I was about 150 lbs and felt disgusting.  Over the past 2 years I am down to about 125 lbs.  I do try to keep active and do some sort of exercise most days.  I am a big time emotional eater and tend to binge on salty snacks and beer when I need a pick me up.   I'd really like to lose 10 lbs as I know I will look and feel better.  Wish me luck!!!
