Sorry for not checking in so while. Everything is fine...just have been busy this summer and as it is coming to a close I need to update and see if anyone is interested in continuing. I will check back and try to get us going for the end of year. To those still checking your weight..post away and I promise I will update the site. Hope the heat of the summer isn't too overwhelming for everyone!

Well, Spring is definitely here. I hope everyone was able to get outdoors at some point this weekend. I will update in the next few days. With April 1st now past I know we'll all be able to make significant progress with nicer weather, healthier diets, and exercise. Happy, happy Monday!

Updated. :) Have a super weekend. I finally lost a pound and now if I can get back to running this weekend should do better (well...hope I don't eat too much during super bowl). Either way, everyone is doing really great and will be looking forward to the updates come Monday. |

Should be all updated as of this morning. I gained a couple pounds this week--that's what I get for going out of town for a few days but I promised myself I would keep track this week of what I ate and the weather has warmed up to run. Everyone is doing great--up or down...it's a long process. Enjoy the warmer weather if it's warmer where you are to get out and walk/run, etc...enjoy the outdoors and have a super week! |

lol; April 1st is the day when we began our 2009 challenge on this site but still jan. 2nd or so is when I'm probably ready not to eat like I did during the holidays. :) April was a good time for me to begin running. |
