Weekly weigh in. 231.6 No loss or gain from last week. Not bummed though, cause it's been a busy and rough week. Hoping to see those 220s again and stay there. :) Have a good one guys! |

at 230.8 today. Was hoping to stay in the 220s, but we ate out last night, so it's to be expected. I hope to drop back down for my Wed weigh-in. the goal this week is 229.6 or lower. I think I'll definitely make it! Went out last night, and for the first time ever I didn't leave feeling like a beached whale. No bloated feeling or anything. I'm thinking that I never want to order heavy food again! Anyways, have a good one guys! :) |

Well, I usually get a salad at Hooters (we go every Sunday as a family so I can't really not go), but last Sunday I treated myself to the burger. Anyways, down to 231.6 today, and it's my write it down day, so here's the stats: 1 lb down this week (not what I was hoping for but at least it's down), and 3.2 lbs down since the beginning. So, we're on the right track at least. :) Hope you guys have a great day! |

Congrats amblyga! Hope you are getting at least a little sleep! So, popped up to 232.8 from 231.4. I don't know what happened. I did eat a hamburger at Hooters yesterday, but I don't see how it's fair to gain over a pound for just splurging once. Boo. :( This better go away fast. So bummed here. |

I decided to lower my goal a bit. 159 or less puts me into a healthy BMI, so I'm going to aim for 150 as my final goal. Just wanted to put that in writing here. :) |

232.4 from 232. I'm not letting that bug me, cause I'm expecting TOM any minute, so it's probably a lot lower. Yesterday was a total success. All healthy choices, and TWO exercise sessions: 2 mile walk and 1 mile bike ride! So sore but worth it. :) Have a good one guys! |

232 from 232.6. Walked 2 miles this morning in 30 mins. Average of 4 mph (yeah I walked REALLY fast). Happy with that. |

well, I jumped back up to 232.6, but TOM is impending, so I'm not too bummed. However, today was my official day to write down my weight in my journal. Last Wed: 234.8, this Wed: 232.6 Total loss 2.2 lbs. Yay! I was hoping for a little more, but anything over 2 is fine. Next Wed goal: 230.6 or less. Let's do this! |

Well, I couldn't resist weighing anyways. 232.8 from 231.4. It's ok though; I figure it's a lot of water weight because the pizza's probably really salty. So, back on track today; breakfast already a success. |

Welcome smile! *smiles at smile* hehe. 231.4 from 231.2 I was so hoping to see the 230somethings, but alas twas not to be. I don't think tomorrow will be good either, because today's my hubby and my anniversary, and we're having some pizza in tonight (we are going out to a nice restaurant tomorrow). So maybe I will just not weigh till Wed, cause that's the weekly weigh day and write it down day I've chosen. That's probably best so I won't get bummed. Last Wed was 234.8, so the goal is at least 232.8 |
