I've recently decided that enough is enough and that I need to change my life around and get on with it like normal people my age without worrying constantly about how many calories and fat I am consuming 24/7!
I lost a lot of weight during my first year at university last year, due to always being a bit homesick and not liking where I was living or my course 100%. Luckily it was only a 1 year foundation course and I have since changed Uni's this year onto one that I love. I have also made some amazing new friends.
I'm always open to any advice you may have on any posts I make on forums on tips on how to get healthy.
