|This brings back memories. I had a boyfriend who I thought I loved when I was 14. We dated for a long time and I was sure we would be together forever. He was very protective of me and said he loved me everyday. When we broke up I thought I was going to die, my world was over. Then, I grew up. Thank god because I had a ton of other hot boyfriends. Life is short, make sure you explore it. And as far as your parents, my mom had no clue how much I liked my boyfriend. Just make sure you make wise choices so you don't regret something later. I also am in love with Smith and Wesson's...I have basically quit drinking because I cant really have one of those anymore. Bugger.

I think it can go both ways. Those who have low body fat have a lower libido and those who have an excess of body fat may have a libido but don't want to have sex because of the way look or feel.
When I started to get heavier my sex drive went down, with the combination of birth control. Even when I was off birth control I still felt like my body was gross and how in the hell could my husband like it if I didn't. Now that I have lost a few pounds I am getting more confident about myself and therefore having sex a little bit more often.
There are two extremes, obviously there is a difference if there is a want in there. Its hard to deal with not ever being in the mood when your significant is. Its caused some problems with my husband and i but we stuck it out and tried some different things.
I think if those who are under can higher their body fat and feel comfortable with it people with a higher body fat can lose and be comfortable with it. Sex should be fun and done often...wish it was that way for everyone.

I feel your pain too. I eat almost every hour. I bring a lot of little things to work with me from home and I eat one like every hour.
I had a Luna Bar at 9am, then yogurt at 10am, carrots at 11am, piece of pizza i made at 12 with an apple. Then around 2 or 2:30 I get hungry again and i have pudding. Its 3 right now and I am having Craisins. They keep me full untill i go home for dinner. Finally at like 8 ill have something small again.

|Yeah that is what you are supposed to do. I don't eat back my calories though. I am supposed to eat 1500 a day. So I do, usually in the 1400 range. I don't work out everyday and when I do its only like 300 calories or something like that. When I work out i don't eat back those 300 calories because its usually night and I go straight to bed and its not that far under the required 1200.|

|I think I might starve! Also, I am not big into black only coffee, or beets to point out just a few. If you can stomach all the products, more power to you, doesn't sound like enough calories though.|

I am pretty OCD about it too. I do it before I eat, or in the morning so I know how many calories I have and if I can have desert later.
During the week I input everything for breakfast, lunch and snacks in the morning before i go to work. I pretty much know now what i can eat during the day. i like to do it that way so i know how much dinner i can have.

|I love the Subway Tuna but I also like the Turkey. I can get a 6inch turkey on wheat with lettuce, tomato, pickles and olives for 280, according to their site. I add on cheese because its not that much and some mustard. To replace the mayo i bring an individual serving of cream cheese from home and use that. Its a lot of planning, I know but it still works out to be a low cal lunch or dinner and it fills me up with some left over.|

|I am moderately active as well but logged myself as light and then add my exercise later. Its helps me stick to me calories when it says i don't burn as many calories as i actually do. Its a bonus i guess.|
