Bio

Ok, I've never been thin in comparison with all the other girls growing up...funny how looking back I don't know what I was thinking.  I started gaining wait in college and got up to a size 16.  That summer and next year I dropped it again without any effort, don't even know that I did anything different.  For the last 4-5 years I've slowly been putting on weight again.  I go through periods where I love the gym and others where I don't want to be anywhere near it.  I love food of all kinds and enjoy cooking and experimenting with new foods...the problem is probably portion control.  I know I will always fight my weight, it is my body type/family history...but I also know that I want to be more healthy.  It's funnny, I tend to forget about being overweight until I see pictures of myself.  I'm going to need all the support I can get because I have little will-power when it comes to food.  My wedding is in October and if I can loose 30-40lbs by then, I would be overjoyed to be down to 200lbs or less!
