Yes you should count fruit and veg. This website isn't just for calories, but for all your nutritional values!

Without fruit or veg it will looks like your lacking all your key nutrients, and with it you can log and see if you should be getting more in to keep a healthy you going!

It very much depends on what your goal is, what your current weight is, etc.

If you are 9 stone for example and your goal is 1200 kcals but are eating only 800 thats really not goooooood.

If you dont feel hungry enough maybe add more into the meals which you are haaving or treat yourself on a weekend to a bit of indulgence to make up for it ;)

I must say I had the Quorn roast for christmas dinner this year and it was just the same as turkey!

Dry and less tasty than chicken. :P

Some disgustingly bad for you processed meats, like a pepperami, I used to eat it and just know how vile I was being, but didn't give a damn :P

Hello and welcome to calorie count! Everyone here is always happy and willing to help each other and give support to that one common goal :)

I have been here for a while but never really commited to keeping it up. I think sometimes what you need to keep coming back is knowing there is someone else here for you and not only if you stop are you letting yourself down but that other person.

I'm a vegetarian who tends to just catch as I can, I don't tend to go for the healthy vegetables and stuff, for example today instead of having a nice breakfast of porridge oats or other essential foods for my diet, I had 3 custard creams....and a glass of cola.

Maybe people should look to me for what not to do ;)
