Bio

I have lost and kept of 85 lb and went down form size 16 to size 2. Worked up the confidence to compete in the OCB Eastern Regional Fitness Model competition and placed 2nd place in Fitness model division and 6th in the Bikini division. Now getting ready for the NPC J Cutler in August.

Meanwhile, I am taking a variety of trainings - kettlebell, tactical combat training, boxing, kickboxing, yoga, aerial yoga, zubma, sandbag, TRX, pilates - so that I can have a variety of tools to make fitness life a fun one and also to prevent injuries - I only have one body and would like to make it last as long as possible and also I would like to have the capability to take on any sport or life event and my training reflects that. Variety is a spice of life and gives me capacity to participate in multiple disciples.
