| If you work out for 20 minutes a day. On a treadmill or elliptical machine and stay within your calorie allowance you will lose weight. I be been doing this and have lost 22 lbs in 4 months. | |||

| I wouldove to join this group if it's not to late. I current weigh 125. My ideal weight would be 115. Im quite short (5'1") so I don't think that weighing 115 is unreasonable. I lost 20 lbs on my own but now it seems that my body is having a hard time losing another 10. Help!!! | |||

| I would like to lose about 10 lbs. I currently weigh 125. I was down to 121 about 3 weeks ago but then went on holidays and that kinda wrecked my diet routine. I'm trying to stay on a low calorie diet but it doesn't seem to be working. Anyone know Any tricks to speeding up weight loss? | |||
