Hi, I'm 5' 1.5". I'm a single mom of 2 great kids. I decided in January of 2008 that it was time to take my life back. My kids and I didn't eat healthy or exercise enough but all that is changing. I taught them to to eat junk and now i'm teaching them to eat healthy. It's a long road but one that is well worth it. I want to lose 152 pounds in the next 1.5-2 years. *My kids aren't weighing themselves as they are at healthy weights currently and just need to eat healthier foods. For them the focus is not about losing weight, it's about eating healthy and having fun with mom! All in all we are doing great. They love the "exercises" such as trips to the pool and long walks together. It has really turned into a family event!

Current Weight- 205.4. Size 18's are getting snug on me. can't have that. I'm back at it again and determined to be 175 pounds by christmas.
