i agree with ilovemj909, you don't sound addicted to sugar at all! you sound like someone who likes sugar and knows how to eat it in moderation.

Eat before you get there! Have something filling, like a big bowl of oatmeal sweetened with fruit, you won't want bacon when your day is already off to a healthy start!

i actually knew about the harm of microwaves because my grandma refuses to use one because of it, so whenever we over there everything is cooked in the oven, toaster, etc. I personally use the microwave about once per day though.

Water will help, I would also stay away from the majority of frozen/packaged foods, they'll only make it worse!

Pigs in a blanket, ants of a log, tons of different kinds of salads (egg salad, potato salad, fruit salad, etc), we always make jello and use cookie cutters to make them into stars, different bars/cookies/brownies, sparkling juices, pizza bites, vegetables with different dips(there are really tasty recipes online!), crackers with cheese, etc.

Weight Loss What is the point in exercising???? Jun 29 2011

You'll boost your metabolism, lose weight faster, and lose more fat with working out. I'd say you could up your calories from 1200 to 1500 and still easily lose with the exercise.

I would stick to sedentary and add in your exercises, maybe add in a few extra calories as well. If you're trying to lose though, you'll just create more of a deficit by not adding anymore though.

Hmmm, maybe change up some foods your eating or move around a bit more. Even taking a break every 15-30 mins and standing up to walk around for a minute or stretch will make a huge difference over time!

Maybe buy yourself something new for summer! I suggest getting a manicure or pedicure ($10-$30), or a new bracelet, or maybe see a movie. Congrats!!

Eating out is all part of having a social life! (: You just need to maybe suggest trying new places, and it's perfectly fine to treat yourself to a slice of cake here and there ;) But, like at a cafe they usually have wraps and salads. Just make the best of the situation!
