Have put a line into Snopes trying to verify...but if this is true; I dearly hope this consummate a-hole gets a public vilification the likes of which we have never seen and is finally fully rejected back into obscurity where he [chris brown] deserves.

ETA: Snopes informs me that the Currant is a satire site and is not, on it's face reliable, but they are looking into it.

Sorry if this was a red herring....................

They don't regulate it Kathy, and it is up to self reporting to DHS for anything over 400 lbs of ammonium nitrate, though both the Texas Department of State Health Services and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) knew about the 270 tons, they did not pass it on to the DHS in this case.
