It has only been 5.5 weeks give it some time. Without the lap band you would have only lost 10lbs if you were really trying to lose the weight. 27lbs is awesome! Think about it this way- you have lost the weight of an average 2 year old. Good luck!

You could try adding exercise outside of work. Your body is used to the work exercise so if you add something new it might help.

I did the program and I know what you mean about the muscles. You will build some muscle but it will not be a huge noticeable amount. I love the program and it really works and if you have the muscle it will keep your metabolism up once you are at your goal weight (that way you don't start gaining again). All that being said this is a cardio program it is not meant for building muscle (that's what p90x is for) so I doubt you will put on too much muscle for your liking.

I usually break it down to every 10lbs or I have heard every 5lbs depending on how much people want to lose or how often they like to reach goals.

4. Peanut butter, Almond butter, or Nutella? If PB,Smooth or crunchy? PB (smooth) unless I have good bread then it is nutella

I'm 20, 169lbs and a girl. I am burning an extra 1000 calories or more depending on the day my usual negative net calories are 1300-2000 which seems crazy high
