Alright, I am no food expert or diet expert - but I did lose about 50 poumds so I do have some sort of credability. I don't think that is nearly enough calories that someone your age should be consuming. Your body is going to go into starvation mode and is going to retain weight. It also seems that all you plan on doing is eating a **** ton of fruit, although fruit are awesome - you can't live off fruit. You need protein, whole grains, fats, ect, ect. Thankfully, being young we usually lose weight pretty quickly. Such drastic measures aren't necessary, why don't you just cut out things that you est which would be classified as junk food (such as sodas, chips, pizza, ect, ect) and make healthier options? Also, working out some should help. Maybe ask your mom if she can get you a gym membership? If not you can do workout videos, go for jogs/walks - anyyhing to grt your heart pumping :) Most importantly, don't starve yourself and lose yourself to your diet - remember, you can still eat.

Thank you so much. I was beginning to think that 380 calories for grilled chicken was a little fishy haha.

McDonalds and although not a food, mayo. When I was overweight I used to buy twoMcdoubles and fries every week. I find myself not craving them really, just thinking about eating them makes me kind of grossed out :/

Well, I don't have an iPod right now, so I listen to Pandora on my phone while at the gym. They have 8 workout stations, an old school one, a rock one, a pop one - I just pick one depending on what type of music I am feeling that morning.

Thanks for all the advice now, things make much more sense now. I had no idea that I NEEDED fat in my diet, I am def going to incorporate more foods into my diet and all the healthy fats I've been reading up about. I'm also now seeing why I was so damn hungry all the time, looks like I was starving pretty much lol.

Just a question, how would I log grilled onions, mushrooms, and peppers? I make it at work as a side to the grilled chickens and egg whites, I don't really have time to measure it out as my lunch break isn't super long. I barley have enough time to weigh out the chicken. I usually just grab a medium sized handful of each and throw it on the grill. It would't be bad if I didn't log it would it? Trying to do this right.
