Wow, congratulation, that's really amazing! To be able to keep motivated and continue training is really hard sometimes, but you did it! You do indeed look great, and now healthier =)

I had a slow start, it almost seems like I reached a plateau, but well, I'm still losing, slowly but I do.

Woah, and I thought I had lost my motivation! I love your post, that's totally true. I came in the motivation forum to get some ideas on how I should be more motivated, now everytime I'll be sitting on the couch telling myself I should go and exercise I'll think about what you said, this will probably help a lot =) thanks

Comments: I've been on CC since march 20th (for 6 months already) and at the moment I find it hard to keep motivated because I have a lot of study with school and I must work, I hope I'll stick with my routine this month and at least lose 2 pounds!

I'm doing the 10 500 deficit challenge.

BIO: Still trying to keep motivated, but having a hard time because of school (lots and lots of study!) and work.

Daily deficits: 447 (1/10), -72 (2/19), 89 (3/10), 556 (4/10), -421 (5/10), 30 (6/10), 357 (7/10), 76 (8/10), 27 (9/10), 97 (10/10), 188 (11/10), 

Total deficit: 1 404/10 500

Deficit % to date: 13.4 %

 Regardless of what that scale says, you are doing awesome! Don't let the scale alone determine your success because you are doing so many great things! :-)

I must agree, besides you can lose fat but gain in muscle (which weight more than fat) so the number on the scale is not everything ;)

I went to my Zumba class today (it is so much fun^^) and I wore old pants I hadn't put on for about 2 months, they were too tight on me about 6 months ago (when I started with CC) and today they were so loose they slipped. I bought those pants about 4 years ago and they always fitted O_O. I was really happy (beside the fact it was the only pants I had with me to train, the others were at home lol) I wonder how much I'll weight in 2 days... =P
