Started Working out and eating healthily Jan 17th 2006, was approximately 220 lbs, I'm now down to 169 lbs and I feel much more fit and healthier, also quit smoking. Still have a little bit to go, I'm aiming for 153. It gets so much harder when you are closer to your goal but I know I can do it :)
