Yes - It will some back with weight gain, and you wont feel quite so 'numb'..I felt like I had no feelings or desire towards anybody when I was at a low weight.

Weight Loss Can the timing of meals affect weight loss? Jan 05 2012

Its a myth that eating after a certain time etc. will cause weight gain.

The best way to think of it is a calorie is a calorie no matter what time you eat it!

Plus our metabolism cant tell the time anyway!

I can so relate to this post, Bit about myself..

Im 29, 5'8 and 125lbs today, At the beginning of this year I weighed 204.

I wanted to get to 134lbs to make a nice round uk 5 stone loss, I reached it and carried on loosing (for some crazy reason) by cutting more calories, Ive increased my calorie intake now and am trying to gain back a few pounds.

So, my biggest fear of all is never getting back my identity..I look in the mirror and dont even recognise the person looking back, I always thought that i was miserable when I was obese, But i know one thing for sure-Now is the most miserable ive been ever.

Im scared of going bald...Ive been loosing my hair now for a few weeks in handfuls and Im desperate for it to stop.

Im scared of giving my kids issues with food, they have watched me count and weigh every item ive ate.

Im scared of not getting to the happy place..Or shooting right past it and getting obese again? Hopefully these are all fears that I can deal with once im feeling healthier again.

I love bommy night-Always brings back lovely memories of us growing up as kids we would build a huge bomfire and a brilliant guy and my dad would throw a load of terps on it to get it to light! Put a few potatoes around the bottom and wait for them to cook. Loads of cool fireworks...Whats not to love about it!!

Am I a complete nerd for thinking that sounds EXACTLY like a part out of Lord of the Rings?  Is Flo a hobbit?  You cook potatoes by throwing Maryland University students on a bonfire?  That's not right.

Ahhh...the old country...with it's weird languages and rituals...

Haha! Sadly...I am not a hobbit!!! Its just a fun old school way of baking the most amazing jacket spud!

And as for the guy..Well he doesnt necessaray have to be stuffed with news paper...You could always find someone you dont like and stuff them on the bomfire instead??!! Happy Guy Fawkes Night! Laughing

I really wouldnt worry about it-Your only 19, Skin will firm up eventually...as for the 'emptyness' you describe..well, breasts are just 'fat' mostly but the tissue kind of adjusts itself.

Im 29 and have lost 70lbs, My skin has firmed up more than i expected it to-With the exeption of my belly which is still slightly loose and wrinkled but i just put it down to carrying my two children and im not too bothered about it as i wouldnt be seen dead in a bikini!!

So keep up the hard work and just give it time.Smile
