| Bio | Well, I lost the weight I wanted and got down to 152 the day of my wedding. Since then, I've gained 11 lbs and need to get it back off and get back on track. I stopped counting my calories, and look what happened!! My goal weight is actually 143 lbs, so I'm already behind again! I've started working out and walking more often, shooting for 10 miles a week. Maybe this time I won't lose track of things.
