What helps with my boredom is watching a tv series from my laptop while on the treadmill.  I find it makes the time go by very quickly.  Action or musical is great.  Like 24 or Glee.

I'm sorry team blue!  I started a new workout routine and not only am I more hungry, but I'm gaining muscle.  I might not lose anything!

It sounds like you're ready for the hard work that comes with weight loss. I think that we all can be our own worst enemy but that can change with awareness. Maybe try preparing (or ordering) your food like you would for a loved one whose health was in your hands. In other words, consciously try loving yourself. Good luck! We're all in this battle together.

There are some great responses to your questions.  I just wanted to add that sexuality isn't as simple as gay, straight, bi-sexual, or other labels.  Every person is different and every human relationship is different. It's totally normal to have romantic feelings about a great person.  Like someone said before, it's how your react that matters. I personally believe crushes are awesome!  They make me feel alive!  :)

P.S.  I'm a woman married to a man whom I love very much.

Congrats! I had my twins in March and am not eating very healthy. I need a major kick in the butt. GL!  We can do this together.
