| Bio | I'm a 20yr old female, at 62kgs and 175cm tall, with a paranoia about weight gain. I've had ED's for the last two years, and want desperately to quit. I thought this site would help me with measuring what I eat so I don't have to feel like I'm binging. I know I tend to go overboard, so I hope to find the help, nutrition guide and support from this site, which so far I have and it's been good. For now I'd just like to maintain my weight and be healthy. Which I hope can go hand in hand. |
