Young Calorie Counters is it normal for me not to eat lunch? May 09 2008

The big question is do you eat a large dinner? If you're consuming more than 1/2 your days calories at dinner, you would benefit by spreading them out more during the day. If not, then don't worry about it.

I would suggest a small frying pan. The amount of work to micro an egg you'd be better off in the pan. Linnens & Things has a egg set where there's a fry pan the size of 2-3 scrambled eggs and a cute spatula with a egg on the handle. If you are careful, it can be wiped clean for daily use without too much effort.

To irishmum: That could make sense as you're burning calories during the day. Do you usually go to the bathroom prior to getting on the scale? How long after eating/drinking do you wait at night to weight yourself and is it after your last food/drink?

To sweetigem: Sounds like you are ready for a new scale. I have a digital that reads spot on every reading. If you have to average readings with a 3.5lb mean deviation, I would say that you are operating with faulty instrumentation.
