I am a mid twenties female that is OVERWEIGHT!!! I am at 184 and want to be at 155.  I am new to all of this...however I have done some great research on what to do to reach my goal.  I want to lose the weight by June 30 or at the very least be well on the way!

 My boyfriend is a great motivator and so is my athletic.workour guru sister!

I am small framed so I know I can do it...I just need to stop overeating and emotionally eating!

I pledge that everytime I want to eat something just because I want it, I will go take a walk!!!

I am going to stop drinking calories away and drink half my weight in ounces of water a day!

I will go to the gym at least 3 times a week for an hour or more.

I will wear my white skinny jeans this spring and that white bathing suit from Victoria's Secret this summer on the beach!!!
