Count me in too!! Laughing  I really need to get back on track and need the motivation! Right now I'm stuck at 169-170...the scale just doesn't budge from those two numbers...UGH! I'd like to lose10-15 by the end!

Ugh! I really wanted to do better than I have with this challenge. I had been so good before summer started and then summer got here and I haven't been as good about going to the gym and getting all my water in everyday, and basically just sticking to it! I am not very pleased with myself. I realize that I've lost 21 lbs since starting this journey so I should be happy....and I think that's it, I am proud of myself for losing that much so proud that I just kind of stopped doing what I was doing.

 

I guess my motto this final week is to pick myself up, dust myself off, and start all over again! I hope there is another Schmooze coming up.....I really have enjoyed reading all the posts!

So sorry I haven't posted the last couple of weeks...I only get on here when I'm at work and have been working off site the last couple of weeks! I'm ging to go ahead and post this weeks weigh-in today since - you guessed it - I'll be out of the office! Laughing

The last few weeks have been busy, anniversary, birthday, shows, traveling....but I think I've done fairly good with my eating. Surprised myself even.....the exercise has not been good at all. I've hurt myself twice in the last two weeks, not bad, but enough that I can't really work out. Hoping to be back at it in the next few days, a week at the most!

Went to the gym Monday night and haven't been since.....sick girl at home. I hate the "ugh" feeling I have when I miss a few days....tried doing stuff at home instead but just not the same. I feel like I'm stuck right now with losing weight....scaled hasn't moved very much lately. I guess my pick me up is that I feel better energy wise and my clothes are getting loose, but would still like that number to go down!

Last week was not good...not horrible....but not good either. My daughter's show ended it's run last night so now that means no driving her 2+ hours a day. I didn't over eat and I didn't eat "bad' food, I just didn't eat very much last week or go to the gym at all! UGH!

I am headed to the gym tonight and am back on track to eat all of my calories in a day....so hopefully this week will show a loss!

As far as the challenge this week - it's a hard one! Embarassed I don't do any of the cooking in our house, my husband does all of it. If he has something going on and can't do dinner I will let the girls make whatever they want and I will have cereal, or toast, or soup. Something that requires very little kitchen talent!

Not as big of a loss as I would have liked, but I'll take it.  My girls have had so much stuff going onthis week that I haven't been able to get to the gym....doing stuff at home, but miss the feeling og accomplishment I get from going to the gym. After next weekend my schedule should be back to normal.

3 things I like about me:

I have an awesome memory, and a photographic one at that. I can spew useless facts and trivia till the end of eternity and tell you where you placed that thing you've been missing for the past two months!

I can get along with anyone!

My fingernails.....they are super thick, never break, and grow really long if I let them. I have been accused of having fake nails quite a bit.

Went to the gym Monday and Wednesday night. Cardio and weights both nights. Gave the bike a try...I don't think I'll do that again! It killed my knees! I have knee issues to begin with so I learned that I should just stick to the treadmill and eliptical.

Weighed this morning and was down a little, not a good amount, but I'll take it! 175.2

Weighed in this morning and was 176, which means I lost nothing. I'm not excited about it, but I'm happy it's not more considering I had a BBQ on Friday and then went camping this weekend and ate things I wouldn't normally eat.We went with 3 other groups of people and each group was in charge of certain meals/snacks, so it was kind of up in the air. I didn't overeat by any means, it just wasn't the healthiest food.

Hoping to lose 1-2 lbs this week...gym tonight, Thursday, and Saturday for sure.....will find some activity to fill in on the other days!

 

Hope everyone is off to a great start this week!

Am I too late? I hope not!

 

I've been on CC for almost two months and have lost 15 lbs so far. I think that having a support group would be great!I have no idea what my goal weight is, but starting with 15-20 works for me!
