| Bio | Profile updated Jan 6th, 2009 Totally dropped the ball in terms of my diet. It's the New Year, and my goal was to be around 190ish lbs. I'm still stuck at 212.2. But I've got to be happy that at least my weight didn't go UP. It stayed at 210-213 since October and hasn't budged. I really thought that I could manage on my own and that I wouldn't need CC anymore. Boy was I wrong! No matter. I will not give up. Although my weight loss journey has stalled, I'd rather it stall for awhile than completely stop. This year, it's absolutely going to be a fresh start for me! New Goals: February 1- 207lbs March 1-200 lbs April 1- 195lbs May 1-188lbs June 1- 182lbs Profile updated August 30th, 2008 I've lost almost 10lbs in about a month and a half. So far, I've not succumbed to any crazy binge cravings. And I'm working out more and feeling great about it. It's time for me to set a few more longer-term goals. Profile updated July 29th, 2008 Ok so here goes. I promised myself I'd create a proper profile this morning... I've been yoyoing with my weight my entire life. Initially, when I created an account on CC back in July 2007, I was 5'4, 21 yrs old and 218lbs. I kept up 'dieting' consistently for about a month, got myself to 207lbs. But then school started and I got busy. I stopped eating right, stopped exercising (who has time to exercise when you've got to study almost 24/7? -- was my excuse) Its now July of 2008, almost a yr to the day when I first started. I'm still 5'4, though a yr older. And 223.4 lbs!!! I gained all the weight back, and then some! And I'm currently at my highest weight ever. That's just unacceptable to me anymore. So long story short, I joined my local YMCA last week, and so far have been going 2x a week. I'd like to get that up to 4x eventually, but ATM I'm really not in shape, and I'm scared of irritating an old knee injury, so I'm taking it slow. I've just started logging food this week, and I'm definitely more conscious of what I'm eating.
