If there were an unlimited amount of spaghetti squash in front of me, I would probably eat about 20 pounds of it, and I am not even kidding... The same goes for salmon and unagi. I literally can eat so much without feeling full, I will only LATER feel a bit sick - lol

A snack between breakfast & lunch needs to be protein - have a hard boiled egg.

 

Over all your meals and diet for the day is pretty good - it seems like your a vegetarian? 

Make sure your tomato soup doesn't have any sugar added, same goes for your Greek yogurt- you can sweeten it with stevia. 

Ditch the American cheese and ditch they whey protein and stick with vegan based proteins like rice bran protein, pea protein & hemp protein.

Actually Jicama is DELICIOUS raw - you can dunk it in things too - like tapenades! :)

Ragu is not the worst but it's not the best either. The best approach when it comes to tomato sauces is obviously making your own with canned tomatoes, tomato paste, onions, garlic, salt, pepper & olive oil and maybe olives and artichoke hearts if you're into that- like me - and the second best approach is finding  a sauce that doesn't have added sugars, tomatoes are naturally sweet and when stewed only get sweeter :) So don't make Ragu a regular part of your diet but every so often it's not completely terrible.

Have you ever heard of ZEVIA? It's a diet soda sweetened with stevia - delicious!

Also, try eating roasted butternut squash, it's naturally sweet and absolutely scrumptious and very very healthy. It's also allowed on a Candida diet. Seriously, try it, you will NOT regret it. 

I also do recommend you use stevia, but not the stuff you find at the grocery store (Truvia), you need to purchase NuNaturals or Sweet Leaf. It has saved my life for the past 10 years! :)

Roasted ANYTHING tastes AMAZING :) 

I adore roasted green beans rubbed in olive oil and salt - I swear they taste like French Fries!!! Oh and... I have a SICK OBSESSION with spaghetti squash - LOL! I eat SOOOOO much of it, I am surprised I haven't turned in the beautiful squash! Ah ha ha.

You can literally eat any protein at breakfast, there is NO RULE that you cannot have fish or lean, grass-fed beef or chicken breast for breakfast! 

I adore eating chicken for breakfast actually, or grass-fed beef for that matter! Keeps me incredibly full for quite some time so I can focus on the more important things in life! :)
