Im the unconventional Yogi... The half sleeved, pierced and tattooed 50's Pin-Up chick who loves to dress up like Doris Day and Lucille Ball and go out swing dancing to the wee hour's of the morning! I practice Bikram, Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga religiously 4 times a week and i am also a serious Tap and Jazz Dancer Practicing at least 6 hours a week. I Basically work out M-F and try to eat as healthy and nutritious and low fat as possible! I've lost a total of 70lbs since August 2006, and i also finally quit smoking 6 months ago (thank God and Buddha!) and have lost even more since then. Ive changed my lifestyle and the way i eat and have found myself again all due to the foundation of my yoga practice and i hope to complete my teacher training by the end of the year and open up my own studio and be able to help others change their lives as well!
