Jen: ugh it's so annoyng! I put some much efoort and thought into a post and then it crashes! bahhh!!  Now I'll copy my post before I attempt to post it! lol! I had a run after work the other night and it was great... Glad you found a duvet that works for both for you! haha

Soraya: Once I'm done with this diet thing I need more veggies.. I always want veggies once it's warm.... see again with the flirting! lol@! It's such a good motivator

Claire: Mmm... vegan cheesy pasta soudns so delicious! wherever my boss calls me my tummy does a flip too! haha

So I'm training for a 5k in May.. wish me luck... Haven't ever really trained for anything before so hopefully I can make this happen!

Insiyah: Wasn't yesterday lovely?? Too bad I spent all day at work and then waitressing at night... Didn't get much time to enjoy it. That's a creative substitue! I'm sure they work exactly the same!

Mandi: welcome back! I was gone for quite some time too... hehe.  I like to have a weekend day off so i can just veg

Jen: Sounds like an intense work out but also pretty fun! Oh what are you guys reading in book club?? I'm on the 3rd girl with the dragon tattoo trilogy and everyone is teling me to pick up 50 shades of gray...

Soraya: yeah it's so fast! The one plus is it keeps you motivated to stick with the progrma! Let's get the sexy back attitude in gear! it's all about being confident! Feel better!

Claire: I must admit this time around feels a bit more difficult... Not sure if it's for serious or just all in my head... Oh I love cheese... it's my biggest weakness!

Insiyah: It claims that they won't.... It shuld only ask you for your delivery information. But since I haven't gotten enough points yet I'm not sure how it works... The body rock bras are very fun! I cna't waiti til i can order some! lol!

Biggest issue with the HCG right now is that I'm sleepy... I'm hungry but more in the "the same food is boring" way as opposed to I'm starving... I'm waitressing tonight... Boo. I hope it's busy. I'd appreciate some extra cash-ola!

Jen: Oh yeah! since I've done HCG before I know what to expect and what I can do.

So today is first day of the 500 calorie part of the diet...Not too bad and not extremely hungry. Do have a twinge of a headache so I just keep drinking water.  Taking a super multi-viatmin back too since I know I can't get everything I need with this diet!

Jen: I'm gonna have to figure it out... I was kinda confused when I first looked at it! lol! Made it no booze today! yay!

Insiyah: Oh that would be cool! Someone has to help me set that up. Are you using the dashboard points thing? Get enough points and it says you can get gift certificates to bodyrock clothes! I'm not sure how that works.. new to me! lol

Soraya: Go you girlie!! Who cares if that one guy isn"t responding. Flirting has always been good motivation for me to not be a little piggy! haha. Yeah I've still weighed myself everyday but without someone else to see the weight I tend not to care... Having others see my weight will def help me shrink the number! I usually do vodka soda or rum and diet... but I loves myself thick creamy beers!!! But drinking it drinking and useless cals. Once a week and a 4 drink maz is more than enough... but ask me that on St. Patty's deny and I'll deny saying it!

Claire: yeah that's really what I'm trying to do.. Hold back and not get party time drunk... just after work relaxing buzz...still have my figured crossed for a job call for you!

OK now I know you guys are gonna be mad but.......I started the HCG diet with a coworker... starting tomorrow I'm on 500 cals a day.... I did it already and lost 24 lbs kept it off for a good 6 months till i went on vacation and overindulged... so I'm giving it a go again. Hopefully it's a good jump start and I'll work off the last few once I'm done with this...

Insiyah: Good job on the workout! I love any and all ethic foods! I hoipe you're dinner was delicious! I'm down for a Bikini challenge.. I'm going to a wedding in mexico the end of April that I need to lose some weight for! Just ;et me know what i have to do!

So this weekend was terrible on the cals front... not from food but from booze! Birthdays in the city always get me... Anyway this week I've decided I'm cutting out all booze! wish me luck cuz I'm def a wine with dinner gal!

I have trampoline class tonight and I may hit the treadmill after to read a book.. I got into the girl with the dragon tattoo trilogy... So good! On the third book now. I'm gonna start posting my weight at the end of my post to help keep me accountable. Have a great day everyone!

Jen: OMG I know! I'm getting back to taking care of myself consistently and you guys have always been great support!

Let's so what's new with me that i can inform you guys...

I'm talking a trampoline aerobics class 3x a week now and it is so much fun! It used to take gymnastics as a kid and it totally reminds me of that! I sweat buckets and am so sore after but it's so much fun i don't even care!

jen: ahhh balance... such a hard thing to achieve. I feel your pain especially over a weekend!

nellie: haven't tried zumab but there's a place near my job that offers a few classes. I may give it a try but dance in general makes me feel completely uncooridianted and unsexy! haha

insiyah: good job keeping the lbs at bay!

soraya: I haven't seen my mom in a while but I'm not sure if I'll be able to get out there this year. NOw ould be the perfect time but I'm in my cousin's wedding and my mom will be flying here anyway.... Maybe I'll sneak out in oct for a long weekend. I'll let you know ahead of time so we can chill.

Hello ladies!!!  I've been gone way to long! How are you all doing??

I'm up I'm down, I'm in I'm out, I'm here I'm there..... I need some focus...mentally emotionally and physically.... why is that always such a difficult balance??

Anyway..... My cousin's wedding is the 26th and I have my final dress fitting (i'm her MOH) on mon the 13th. I'd like to be under 150 by then which is about 5lbs away and I'm figuring completely doable.

I've always been under the assumption (so we know what that means, someone please correct me if I'm wrong) that RDA's are based on a 2000 calorie diet so if you're not eating 2000 a day your RDA technically is less....

For example if your eating 1500 cals a day then your RDA is 75% of the 4,700mg.

Does that make sense??

 I'm really thinking you don't need to go lowe on cals!!!!! I think you're body is getting confused with the lowered intake an lots of exercise!!! Do yourself a solid and eat maintenance cals for a week while continuing with your normal workout routine! No extra workouts or anything. I think your body needs a break...
