This always makes me so frusterated. Eat the egg yoke people!! You NEED good cholesterol in your diet. My grandmother died in surgery because of a no- cholesterol diet she was on. Her plaque was so brittle it broke off and sliced through an artery. I mean, think about it--eggs are natural, people have been eating them for hundreds of years. Eat. The. Whole. Egg. |

Don't worry, you're not alone. I used to do that exact same thing. It was horrible--my whole life revolved around food. But once I started working out, running a couple miles every day, I didn't get such bad cravings, and was able to control it. Also, I joined some clubs and sports at my school to help me keep my mind off food. I do recommend seeing a conselor or someone to help you get on the right track. Juts remember, it's all in your mind! |
