ginger-root can be added into herbal tea or even coke.
slice up a ginger-root into thin pieces. microwave a cup of coke for 30 seconds. put around 4 slices of ginger root and a few slices of lemon into the coke. stir and serve. you'll be amazed how good it is. |

I call my guy friends bitch too. but I won't call a female a bitch.
However, i don't mind someone intimate to me call me bitch. Like my bf calls me "my bitch". i don't mind at all, as long as I know he didn't mean it that way...it's just a naughty joke. |

Have overhead signs listing the importance of healthy eating in evert aisle.
Restricted from selling anything that's considered "junk" food. Have a real salad bar in the produce section. Only sell low fat/ low sugar/low cal/ low sodium/ high fibre food. ( haha this is so impossible.) |

I can totally relate to this because all my friends weigh under 120lbs.
And i'm 5'11 at 145 and still is considered "gigantic" ....how sad... it's like no matter how hard i try i'm still "big". all i want to say is, no i don't want to be 120lbs. I'll be blown away by wind if i'm that skinny. |

I've also noticed that insects come out really earlyt his year. This morning I found two millipedes on my kitchen tile and I freaked out. I had to kill them by myselves since my bf was still sleeping.
I am going to buy those pesticides too....but i heard milipedes are good for you? kinda feel bad killing them.... |

Me too Me too! I totally look like being pregnant for 6 months after drinking a glass of milk.
I'll definitely try taking that next time I crave for milk. Meanwhile, I'll switch to soy milk instead. I love soy milk anyway! |

I used to work graveyard shift (1am to 9am) for 2 years, and during work I was not allowed to leave the premises.
Basically my day would go like this: 10:30 pm: Wake up and shower, make up, get ready 12:30am: Drive to work 2:30am: 20 mins break, eat sth like for breakfast ie: toast with jam, a bowl of cereal, and a cigarette( this is bad) 4:00am: 20 mins break, eat an apple, or an orange, or anything I bring from home. 7:30am: 20 mins break, eat nothing, just smoke 9:00am: Get off work, greet the sun, and go breakfast. My breakfast is always huge, as I consider this the most important meal of the day. I would eat pancakes, oatmeal, or crepes, along with eggs, ham, sausage, OJ, etc. I had been like that for those two years and I didn't gain any weight. Oh I miss my graveyard days..... |

mmm, not trying to be picky here, but actually almost all dim sum are packed with fat and high calories.
One shrimp dumpling itself is 40 calories. and Although it is called shrimp dumpling, they have added fat pork to make it more tasty. Here's a a list to all popular chinese foods including dishes and dim sum and dessert. If you can read chinese take a look. If you don't keep it as a reference and ask a friend to translate for you next time you need to know the calories of a certain chinese food. Link to list |

Cutting out the crust is "a waste of food" in some cultures. I remember when I first came out into the work force I went to this gourmet sandwich place downtown and I asked the chef to cut off the crust of the bread. He said he would do that that time only and not next time, and gave me a weird look.
I love the crust anyway. So I always eat it now.l |

I don't think she's curvy. She's overweight to me but as long as she's happy with it she's happy with it and i'm happy for her.
I always consider curvy as in bigger in size but with muscles and curves, duh! |
