Height: 5'5 Age: 32 April Weight Loss Goal: 5 pounds ************************** April 1st - 128.0 SW I quit the dance company I was with in January and have gained nearly 8 pounds. I tend to go out to eat a lot but never really worried about it too much because it never really showed. I was taking 3 hours of classes and averaged another 3+ hours of intense rehearsals per week. Now I am just taking a dance class or two at my leisure and hitting the gym when I have nothing better to do and it SHOWS! I really need to get back on track and I hope this challenge will help me to stay focused and accountable. (Thanks creator!) Plan of Action: 1. Limit calories to 1300 per day Its okay to go over my limit on active days so long as my deficit is at least 500 2. Get active again! Aim for spin class twice per week and dance class twice per week. Keep active in between and pay attention to my pedometer. If my pedometer has a low number by the end of my work day I need to take my dogs for a walk or something LOL Best of luck everyone!
April 6th - 126.8 Update: So far I've had a pretty awesome week. This challenge is really motivating me. I went to the gym after work Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday for over an hour taking classes and walking on the treadmill. Yesterday I flaked out and let a couple of margaritas put me over my calorie limit but that's okay. I have to let myself over indulge a little here and there or I'll just go mad! Anyway, I'm down 1.2 pounds for the month and I'm thrilled because I've been having my special lady time all this week and I didn't let it get in the way :) April 13th - 128.6 I'm not very proud of myself for this weigh in. I'm up .6 pounds for the month and up 2 pounds from last week's loss. I kind of lost my steam over Easter weekend and haven't been as ambitious with my exercise this week as I was last week. I went to 1 spin class and 2 hours of dance class but that's all I've managed so far. I'm not giving up though, I'll just have to work harder between now and the next weigh in to make up for it.
April 20th - 127.8 Not too much to report here, as you can see. My bad eating trends continued throughout a good part of the week and I only got 2-3 hours of exercise. I know there's only about a week left in the challenge but I'm going to give it hell! April 27th - 127.0 So much for giving it hell this week. April 30th - |
