Bio
I just don't want to have to carry around all this weight anymore. I also don't want to spend the rest of my life on any "maintenance" diet. So my goal is not only to lose 60 or so lbs, but to increase my activity level, and do an activity that I'm likely to keep doing. I joined Curves a few years ago, but didn't go regularly, even though I really liked it. I found it to be the only activity that I have ever tried and stuck with. Now that a new year has turned over, I'm determined to stick with it, and to lose weight.
