| Bio | Hi - I now 48 and live in Germantown, MD. I am an office manager so I'm stuck in an office all day. I have been struggling with my weight all of my life and looking to lose 75 lbs, but being heathly is most important to me. I enjoy all kinds of out door activities and look forward to a lighter, healthier life. I really enjoy this site and appreciate all the advice and information that I have gotten so far.
