When I was pregnant, everything made me sick. My doctor suggested that I take vitamins at night before bedtime. I still tend to do that with multi-vitamins, and don't have many problems. However, I don't take a vitamin with a lot of the "energy boosting" B vitamins, etc at night. I take a sublingual B12 in the mornings or after lunch.

Geez... I LOVE margaritas.... Could you just have a couple of those and skip the meal? jk...
Some mexican restaurants now offer whole wheat tortillas, which makes a pretty good chicken fajita and helps keep the meal on the lower end of the Glycemic index scale. Skip the cheese and sour cream and you should be in pretty good shape. See if you can get black beans instead of those reFRIED ones...
