i have tried probably every diet or program out there and nothing worked for me until i started on this medi diet the expense was unbearable after my husband go laid off so i had to quit and little by little my weight once again is climbing its very fustrating i live in the sunshine state of Florida where i moved about 3 years ago i really like it here I lived in MA all my life and it was a big life changing experience which i was very excited  about and oh yeh I three hotdogs and they are the highlight of my life along with my hubby of course I am 53 years old and have been battling the weight problem all my life.......Thank you
