About
| Bio | I am a 46 year old woman who has been large all of my adult life. At my worst I weighed around 356 when I got married in 2006. Over the next 4 years I slowly lost some of that but in August of 2010, weighing 310 lbs, my son told me that he really wanted me to lose weight. I drug my feet and l had only lost 30 pounds by Christmas 2010 which was ok and then I joined this site. From January to August of 2011 I went from 274 to 197 and I felt GREAT. The I stopped program all together and gained back 18 pounds. I am back on board since mid January and seeing the numbers move back down. I see my son in July and he has no clue about the weight loss, I didn't get to see him last year and so the last time he saw me I weighed 310 pounds My goal is to be at 175 by the time I see him so I have 33 pounds to go. My ultimate goal is to reach 135 as soon as possible. **Update 8/14/12 ==Hagen was happy with the progress but I failed to meet my goal and weighed 212 when I saw him. Unfortunately I am having to start all over once again. Weight went back up to 218.6 so back on the horse one more time! **updated update 12/3/12** - Well I am back on the wagon again. I hit 225 lbs purely by refusing to be good to myself. It is time, no excuses... I have to get back on track and meet my goals, my well being and my family are depending on it. GOALS - 1/1/13 - 220 lbs (met 12/6/12) New goal 215lbs 1/12/13 - (employee dress up party) 210 lbs 2/4/13 - (wedding anniversary) - 205 lbs 6/1/13 - (vacation time with our son) - 185 lbs

The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
