So, whats your problem? What is the meaning of this?? Why are you doing this to yourself? What are you depressed about? What satisfaction are you getting from this? What is this behavior going to do to change your life? If that is you survive from this behavior? My point is. Find out the root of the real problem. The problem is obviously not your weight. I'm sorry but I can't be very nice, I'm trying to be logical. Your being very stupid. Your killing yourself for absolutely nothing. The end result of this escapade will be either... death, or serious health problems, or when you finally do eat, you'll gain all that weight back. You know what your doing. So do something about it. You don't need us to tell you that slow weight loss is worth it. IT'S OBVIOUS!!! This just reinforces an underlying problem not related to weight. Seriously, get over it. Whatever you think a doctor or nutrionist or whoever is going to do, laugh or whatever, your wrong. And personally I would rather have them laugh at me, then being 6 feet under ground. Get a hobby or something. Stop thinking about your weight all the time. And start thinking about what is really making you do this. What in your life is making you do this. Depression, guilt, needing to be accepted, lack of attention, personal relationships, conflicts, problems, etc. It's your LIFE so figure it out. If you need help go to a doctor. Gain some responsibilities in your life. And take responsibility for your life. |

I'm pretty sure the reason you get the headaches... and stuff is because you are addicted to the caffeine... I admit I too am addicted to caffeine... but coffee... If I don't have coffee at some point within the first few hours of the day... i will get a massive headache... the second i drink some coffee... bye bye headache... I don't drink soda personally. But i know that my mom and her boyfriend do... HUGE amounts... It's crazy... they have so many cases and cases and different varieties all the time... Never are they without their beloved soda. I was never one for soda... I can't say i never drink it... I will sometimes.... few and far between, but I can't say that I drink it more than 5 times a year... It helps that I hate carbonation.... I drink water, coffee, and green tea... Sometimes chocolate/or original soy milk... thats it.... I'm weird... I know, but i don't like soda, and I don't like fruit juice, can't even stand flavored water.... grosses me out... |

I buy whatever I want whenever I want; the word organic drives me crazy. But, that could be largely inpart to my inlaws... who very annoyingly tell me what I should and should not eat... regarding whats organic and what is not. And also because I asked them to NOT give my daughter organic foods, and they did and do. And, it definitely annoys me, that my inlaws complain about not having any money, but then, go to their house and you will see EVERYTHING they own is organic, from trader joe's or from the supermarket organic section. Where everythings price is 5 dollars more than it should be. Don't mistake what I am saying... I'm more venting about my inlaws than anything... I'm not against organic foods really, but I don't see the harm in buying normal things.... Yeah there is chemicals and stuff in it, but there are also chemicals in organic foods, so I don't see the difference. What I mean is, my inlaws don't have a clue what they are talking about, and it annoys me. |

what is the point of that??!!!??? I really don't understand it. If you simply count your calories you can loose ten pounds a month. Especially with exercise. And you would be doing it the healthy way. Us humans want everything so fast... We need to learn to be patient and consistant. This diet is ridiculous. Sorry... just my opinion. |

I work at a 24 hour bagel store... I work the night shift... so I get all the drunks. Anyway... I see people sometimes from school, (thank god most of them don't recognize me because they are drunk lol I hate talking to people I know from school) I haven't been in hs in about 6 years... anyway... the last time I saw these people they were all really skinny, athletic types... but now, they are just plain heavier... Almost all of them too... It's amazing.... they look just older and heavier... So, for probably a quarter of the people I went to high school with that were skinny, are now heavier... it's weird to see. Me included... I'm now 100 lbs heavier than I was in high school... Used to weigh 125.. now I'm 222.... Times change... I think college and drinking may have something to do with it. :)

| The allowance tab says 1900 cals. I agree. You should do more cardio and strength training. Definitely not to loose weight though. | |||

I'm 22 started at 248 down to 222 now. I also have a 2 year old daughter. I'd love to have somebody too to get motivated with. I also had 125 lbs to loose... Still have about a 100 more to go. Gypsy |

In my opinon, I think that is way too much fruit and not enough protein, nutrients etc. I'm not a doctor, but I don't think it's good for you. I wouldn't be worried about fat gain at this point, I would be more worried about health risks. Maybe you should talk to a nutritionist or someone who can stear you in a direction. Found this link... hope it's helpful.

First... I'm sorry your feeling cruddy... Stress sucks.
Second.... I totally understand you... I just started going to the gym 3 days ago, and I am addicted already. I don't want to leave! When I get to the point that I can't go anymore, I find myself closing my eyes and smiling and just pushing harder. (Maybe it's my sick problem or something lol)... I never felt that way about exercise before. And I'm not even like thinking about anything when I am exercising... Not thinking... ugh how long have I been exercising??? Just closing my eyes and concentrating on breathing in through my nose and out through my mouth trying to regulate my breathing. I'm hooked! I am glad that you used exercise as a stress reliever. I am a new believer in exercise relieving stress. Gypsy |

Okay... went to the gym today... I think i'm hooked already!! LOL I felt so good afterwards... I'm planning on going first thing in the morning... right when they open... (only time I can go tomorrow anyway) but I'm so happy... LOL I knew this would be great! I never really had a problem with working out... it was just so boring doing tapes, and difficult in my house with my dog and daughter running around and also that I have no room to workout... and the gyms aren't open when I can go... (They all close periodically throughout the day for like 3 or 4 hours then open up...) of course the only times that I can go there... don't know... maybe cause i live in a tourist town... SO... my point... lol sorry... is that I loved it... and I can't wait to go back... Gypsy |
