| mint tea is good as well...I spent a couple weeks in Israel this winter, and there it is customary to drink tea with fresh mint (delicious!) after almost every meal...this is good for your digestion, and it's a great way to end the meal! mmm, i love tea :-) | |||

| See I'm 5'9", and I guess I'm relatively small framed because for me 150 is not so great. Right now I'm at 145, shooting for 130-135 with some decent muscle tone (I'm a dancer and competitive horseback rider). Bit I definitely want to keep it realistic-the anorexic skeleton look is not at all for me, I've had some close friends struggle with eating disorders, and I am very careful not to go to any extremes in dieting! nice work everyone in your progress and confidence! | |||

| stop counting calories for a bit. eat calorie dense, healthy foods, ie nuts, dried fruit, yogurt, etc. when you're full, and stop when you're hungry. resist the urge to count every little calorie and you'll feel better | |||
