I was in ballet and other forms of dance for 16 years. When I moved to a different city, I couldn't find anywhere that I was comfortable to continue. So... thirteen years later, I am married for 11 years and have a three year old. I didn't have a problem with weight until I had my son. I lost all of the weight I gained during my pregnancy but over the last three years I have gained +/- 40 lbs. I know that a portion of the weight is caused by the medication I am taking for chronic pain, but the rest is, I think, a part of being a mother. You clean your kids plate, eat the crust of the sandwich without realizing you are doing it. My goal is just to be at a healthy 130 (but if a little more weight still allows me to be in a size 6 or 8, that is great
)!
