never heard of Miracle whip but Light UHT whipped cream from ANCHOUR is just as good and as light the rest, i dont know about. But sainsburys and Tescos are always winners for me when i want to cook something (HAHA) or more like.. and more honest.. my dad and mum want to cook something healthy! The best place for good food though, is Aldi OR are you anywhere near essex? colchester way? |

im a little less worried about caloires, and wont mind if i get to 2,000 but past that i will NOT go. If i do i exercise my butt off to make up for it (most i have gone over was 2,220 - most was booze)
I tend to go between 1,600 to 1,900 now.My secret is exercising still AND most important.. .Keeping a Food diary which i log my inches, weight, water intake, exercise, caloires in/burned/dificits and time i eat. I have lost a pound even though im maintaning. Which is mental If you exercise... 3 to 4 times a week. Something u can stick to thoughout your life.. and have a rough idea of calories you wont gain weight. |

i think without foods like this, then life wouldn't be half as fun what would us healthy folks bitch about if this never existed? what would we have to sneer at when at the faye and say in loud voices why we wont touch that and "OMG how could you?!" to one of our skinny mates as they stroll up and perchase two of the offeding items to munch on, all by themselves? Hahaha in case you dont get my houmour, i am joking and not being nasty :) |

royal jelly honey
try and get honey that contains 'royal jelly' the queen bee is fed exclusivly on this and lives much longer than any other bee. It also contains tons of amino acids and minerals.. much more than just honey alone. It can be found in most super markets. Aim for honey with at least 2% or more royal jelly inside it. Or, if you like - take royal jelly in tablet form. From any good health store |

i dont play attation to newspaper studies, its most likly from a 'soy milk' compony like Alpro trying to get new customers.
OR you have to drink like 2 pints a day for 3 years to be affected! Stuides are controlled experiments and normaly do not apply to normal every day lifestyles. |

the only problem with it is the protein is hard for humans to digest. anwear? Boil it first thus making it easier for our bodies to use the protein. OR drink it cold, and feel full as your digestive enzymes get a challenege. Curtisy of Dr.Gillen Mckeith & own research :) |

i hate boney. I like soft curves. My ideal body is some muscle showing on the legs. But all males i know, agree a womens stomach should be 'soft'. by this they mean No abs showing, but it still goes in and the bely button is streched. Boney and jutty hiped even if 'fit' is a turn off for me, being biSexual (or as my friends call it 'lazy). I like curves! They also just show how women should be.. so i think your friend is right. Too muscley is not... good.. at all... Like a pin up model... Lucy Pinder in this pic is my ideal! that pic embodies the perfect femine body |
