I have finally figured out that the way to go is less calories in, more calories burned thru exercise. Exercising is my main hobby. I love to exercise, I can't imagine what I would look like if I didn't. I Love food. What can I say. I smoked my last cigarette on January 20, 2008, so it has been almost 4 months. However, I used to be a smoker with a weight problem, now I am just a woman with a weight problem. I'll be the first to admit, that although I kept it to a minimum, I substituted food for the cigarette habit.

Now I am ready to get rid of the extra weight. Probably about 15 lbs. worth. I am pretty tall and I have an athletic build. Large framed, (and I'm not just saying that because I can weigh more) I really am.  I took up motorcyle riding with my husband, who I just married last year. I met him on E-harmony, we dated for 2 years and then he popped the question. I guess you could call us one of the "Success Stories". We were married in Deadwood, SD by the Mayor at high noon in our motorcycle attire, during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.
