Had one for 2 years, in recovery since about may?! 3. What made you decide to recover? My family, and to some day have my own family 4. How supportive are your friends/family? Very very supportive :) im very lucky. 5. How many calories are you eating now? 2000 6. The biggest challenge you have faced during recovery? challenging foods ie ''junk food'' 7. At what weight did you (or are hoping to) get your period back? I didnt get it yet :( 8. How long did it take for bloating to go away or for the weight to redistribute? Im still gaining 9. Things you have learned about yourself? Im way more energetic, socialble, can actually hold a convo :P 10. What your goals are for your health for the future? To be a mammy :) |

As a kid: Favorite.... 1. Cereal- Coco pops 2. Baked good and/or pastry- muffins, elairs , cookies etc 3. Cookie- Homemade choc chip 4. Breakfast food- poached eggs on rye bread 5. Juice- Apple 6. Beverage- coke or lilt 7. Meat- ham 8. Holiday meal- xmas dinner 9. Type of noodle- curry flavoured 10. Savory food- i loved nuts ,crisps , cheese and crackers 11. Sweet food- All of it. 12. How long are you eating that many calories? I'd say keep eating and in a week or 2 weigh again.. Weight can flucuate upto 5lbs in a single day so i wouldnt worry. Dont weight for a week but still keep up eating the same amount. I'd say you will need to increase more to gain! Let us no how it goes :) |

Another positive is being able to spend time with my niece and nephew. Being able to bring them places. Having the energy to do it. Also getting to wear a SKIRT still not there yet tho. Getting my boobs back :P.. And having a glow in my skin, not a pasty white dry complection! |

auto- a fear of mine is keep gaining gaining gaining.. is it possible? is it hard to maintain your weight??
ttluvj- i eat four meals a day and then 2snacks. I'd eat cereal or toast for breakfast, soup and a sandwich for lunch, stirfry with noodles for dinner and i have two slices of toast at night! i also have 2 snacks a day and they are my fear foods i.e a bar of chocolate and then a bag of crisps or ice cream or something in them lines. its all within 2000 calories but i no i have to increase more now because im staying at this weight nearly 2 weeks now (also dropped 2lbs as i had the bug but increasing calories as from today)
what activity do you do? what is your meal plans daily like? what was your weight when you were healthy? |

thanks i'm feeling better today :) how long were you at a steady weight? were you maintaining that weight? this is my first time recovering and i really really hope its my last! stay positive we really don't deserve this. we deserve to live life to the full because at the end of the day we only get to live it once! |
