pozesara:  thank you for you input.  I think they are just fat, not muscle.  Someone told me that I should stand up, stretch arms on both side, same height with my shoulders, and move both arms in circles, both directions and it would help.  I have been doing that I notice a very little progress.

pompey:  yeah, that's THE part i am talking about.  I am also very conscious about wearing shortsleeves or tank tops.

I listen to ABBA when I walk and dance.  I know it's old, but the music, the beats make me happy and more energetic.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

I thought I would weigh early in the morning before I eat anything, so it would reflect the accurate weight (?).  I was down from 134.... to 131.12, then last two days up to 132.44 & 132.60.

I burn about 400 - 500 kcal a day, and eat about 1200 - 1600 a day.

Not All Processed Foods Are Created Equal
Fact: a diet containing whole, fresh fruits and vegetables is one of the best for a healthy mind and body. Although true, it can be hard to keep food fresh at home for longer periods of time, and if you have no time to shop every few days, boxed and canned foods become appealing. We often hear about heavily processed frozen dinners and processed foods worth avoiding, but there are minimally processed foods that do pack a lot of nutrition and may be worth having in the fridge or cupboard.
