Bio

Hey,

I'm at college doing a degree in Naturopathy & my major is Dietetics/Nutrition. I've been trying to lose weight for a long time, but I am an emotional eater, so it's been really difficult. I lose about 20 lbs, then put it all back on + some more. Calorie counting is helping me to keep it off though.
