About
| Bio | Five years ago I had severe depression and anxiety disorder, during that time I was prescribed medication paxil. I gained about 40 pounds and went from 125 to about 160. (I looked and felt disgusting!) Three years ago I shed the weight in a relatively shed the weight in a relatively short amount of time. In the process of losing the weight I went through a period of extreme exercise when I was around 119 lbs and I was not eating much at all as I was on vacation and was not sure about any calorie counts. Turns out I stopped having a period and have not had once since then. (although I took the pill a for two months and got it then) I was still dieting ad continued to lose weight gettitng down to 112 and eventually stabalizing at 115-116 for a while. Following a bad relationship I became very obsessive about calories and ocntrole eating just 1200 a day for five months and weighing 112-115 lbs. Soon the stress all came to a head on the day I had a car accident, I was on the way to arok and almost totaled my car. I was all right and no one was hurt so I still went in to work. At the end of the day I went home and binged. I just ate myself crazy. I did it again on Halloween and since then have been up and down. I would always purge with exercise and further restriciting my calories. Three years later I was still binge and ourge plus calorie restriction. Only now I was making myself throw up. I am now in the 130's to 140's weight wise. I cannot stand this up and dwon. Plus a nutritionist told me I have besically no vitamins or minerals which only further fulled the binge behavior.
It is now december 2010, I have been at this since dec 2007. I have to end this cycle and get well. I have to start living life. Now I will die the right way, making positive lifestyle changes.

The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
