If my diet wasn't always balanced every day, would I still lose weight? Say for example I just ate bacon and potatoes forever, but with that same 800kcal net loss, would I lose weight? Obviously that kind of diet would have devastating consequences, but I just want to check how important balancing my diet is with respect to weight loss, not health. Thanks. |
