You can make Shrimp Kabobs with all sorts of veggies... Just skewer the veggies/shrimp... Toss on the grill until cooked... And enjoy...
As for adapting, you can make sides to go with it... Rice works good... Or some other sort of carb? Baked Potatoes? Red Lobster Biscuits (If you could find a recipe...)? |

| I gotta agree with alayney... Screw buying stuff at the theatre... It's all overpriced garbage!!!! You're much better off sneaking in something healthier... Maybe put some dry cereal into a Ziploc bag... Or bring some fruit... Or a Luna/Clif bar... There are a 1,000 better alternatives to the overpriced Popcorn/Candy | |||

Well... First off! There is no magical food or exercise that is going to make the pooch disappear... Sad news to hear, I know... But it's the truth...
The only real way to get those gorgeous six-pack abs that you want oh so badly is to "diet" and exercise... And by "diet," I don't mean South Beach or Atkins, I simple mean counting calories and making better choices about the foods you eat... Unfortunately, there is no way to make fat vanish from a certain point. You can't do crunches to make your belly fat go away. What you have to do is lose fat by eating healthy and exercising until your pooch is gone. It could take a month, two months, four or five months... I make no promises as to how long... What I can tell you though, is that if you keep exercising and eating healthy and losing weight, eventually your pooch will be gone. What you can do to tone up the muscles in your abs is do exercises designed to target that area. Here's a link to an Abs Workout you might consider. |

If you don't eat some of your calories back, you'll end up starving your body... Let's say you eat 1500 calories a day... And you're a girl, so your body needs at least 1200 calories a day... Also, let's pretend that you exercise daily and burn off 500 calories... In essense, those 500 calories you burn cancel out 500 of the calories you've eaten... So instead of being 300 calories above what your body needs to survive, you've put yourself under by 200 calories!!! Your body doesn't like "starving" so it tends to slow down your metabolism so that it won't be using as much energy... Slower metabolism = less weight loss... So that's why you need to eat some of them back... Make sure you never go below 1200 if you're a girl (1500 for guys)... Also, assuming you eat 1500 calories a day and you only burn off 300 from exercise... You don't have to eat any of them back because you'll be right at 1200... |
