LOL Natashenka. . . . .diet pills scare me too. . . . . I watched a talk show about "diet pill horror stories". . and these people had things like anal leakage and they had trouble sleeping. People have even died from taking those things. Eeek! And as soon as they stopped taking them, they gained back all the weight they lost instantly. BE CAREFUL with those things cleverfishes. Definintly talk to your doctor.

There is no such thing as "quick fix" weight loss. Healthy weight loss only happens when you make long term lifestyle changes. Just keep excersizing and eating healthy and you should see lasting results!

Wow what a great idea! I'm pretty new too. . .but I think it would be alot of fun to have a get together. I've done it with another "hobby type" forum I'm been involved with and it was a HUGE hit. We were all S2000 (car) enthusiasts and we did a color tour across the east coast. We had a HUGE turn out and it was alot of fun putting names with faces of people I'd been talking to for years.

Welcome to the forum Amyzon. . . I'm relativley new to this also (I've been here 2 or 3 weeks now). . . you will find so much support here! There are a bunch of wonderful christian dieters (myself included) here who are trying to lose weight. If you have a sweet tooth for Oreo's try buying Oreo flavored "Calorie Packs". . . they are really great and only 100 calories for a pretty decent sized serving!

I'll pray for you today :)

Christins. . . that is a really good thing to know! Yesterday I did a REALLY intense work-out and this morning I was a pound heavier. I must say I was really dissapointed b/c I've been following my calories really strictly. Do you think it's because of the muscles rebuilding??

Slappy, I can definitly sympathize! I was hoping my scale would be down this morning too :(. Lets both throw darts at a pic of our scale today. HeHe Have fun at your massage!

I come from a family of big time junk food eaters. When my brother (who can eat WHATEVER he wants and still stay fit) buys junk food, I actually ask him to hide it! I know it sounds stupid, but then I don't know where the junk food is in my "moment of choice" and I can't eat it! It's been working pretty good!

Sometimes I have low cal bread and tuna w/ a little calorie free Dijon Mustard and a peice of lettuce. . .it's pretty good. Two peices of bread and half a can of tuna puts you at around 120 calories and it's pretty filling :).

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
