Coming from a family of big people, weight has always been a challenge. High school football in Florida for 3 hours a day did a lot to help me keep it under control at the time (189 lbs), but since then I've climbed up to 255.

Seeing my dad pass long before his time due to a stroke really put things in perspective for me, and my fiancee and I have committed to losing weight and staying healthy more recently. I have resolved not to be that fat, pasty American on vacation in the Carribbean. And my mom turned us on to this site, because it's been working really well for her.

Essentially, I want the jawline I had in high school back.
