| Weight Loss | The under 600 calorie diet? | Jul 13 2007 01:39 (UTC) |

| your an idiot if you think starving yourself like that is going to do anything for you, this is exactly what will happen, at first you will gain weight because your body will slow your meta. down because it thinks its being starved, once you run out of nutrients in your body (which shouldnt take long with only 600 cals) then your body begins feeding on your muscle tissue making you weaker, if you keep this horrific diet up for to long of a time, you will probably end up needed a hip transplant, end up miserable, have organs that do not work properly or all of the above, do yourself and your body a favor and diet properly | |||

| whey protein is great, many gyms also offer shakes if yours does definatly check that out, after you workout have somthing high in fiber/carbs/protein, you need to consume back what you just took away asap to prevent your starving body to feed on your muscles that you just trained which in reality is doing the opposite of what you really want | |||

| Foods | Is eating cereal 2x daily bad? | Jul 13 2007 01:13 (UTC) |

| its not bad just many cereals have very little protein but alot of carbs your carb to protein ratio should be around 60:30 so you should try to pack in alot of protein in another meal if your going to do that, hopfully your useing skim milk....my definition of skim milk is water with protein in it... good luck captian crunch haha | |||

| egg whites on a whole wheat wrap with katsup and little bit of salt, with light and healthy orange juice, the whole wheat wrap is better then a bagel and the katsup and a little salt is good for taste without adding cheese | |||
| Foods | zero calorie foods | Jul 13 2007 01:03 (UTC) |

Go for some egg whites on a whole wheat wrap, not exactly zero calories but your ratio to carbs to proteins should be 60-30 anyway to remain healthy and egg whites are said so only have about 15 calories a pop, so why not make a few?
(try putting a little katsup on them to reduce the dryness and add a little salt if you want more flavor without adding cheese) |
